Feng Shui Bagua -Fame

Today it’s all about the Fame Bagua Corner.
Those who read my blog regularly, are familiar with the term; and you, who is here for the first time, just click the link, https://modernlifefs.blogspot.com/2020/06/introducing-feng-shui-bagua.html , you’ll have a clear picture of the Feng Shui Bagua. The Bagua corners are not published in a specific order on this blog, but this area was requested by many of my Facebook followers. Click here if you’re still not one of our community-https://m.facebook.com/everydaywithfs/

The truth about fame, is that, deep in our  hearts, even if it’s hard to admit, or believe, everybody is looking for fame; some  are happy if they are  known in their school, or at work; others,  prefer to be the talk of the entire town; there are the ones, who would do anything for moment of fame; and last but not least, all those who work hard for it, and make a living out of it, either way, it is an elemental desire to be appreciated, acknowledged, and known, without it, humanity would be lost.
Fame, through the Feng Shui philosophy, it’s not just all about the Hollywood glamour and celebrity lifestyle, it’s more  YOUR place in society, your personal fame, and popularity.
Feng Shui it’s no magic, it won’t turn you to the next Sinatra, Spielberg or Oprah overnight. You wanna be known, than you have to work for it, real hard. Have to  invest your time and energy, costs efforts and patience. In addition to all your investments, you’ll need a pinch of luck, and this is where Feng Shui can give you a hand, no matter how you decorate your home, nothing will do the actual work instead of you, but can give you the energy to keep on working.
You need to answer these questions, to yourself, in order to find your place in the society.
Where you are at? What are people saying about you...about your reputation?
Are you hiding behind the curtains of your life, or you live on the stage?
Do you pretend to be someone you’re not? Are you acting out your life?
Are you a beloved member of your environment (work, family or friends)? or  you are barely noticed by the people surrounding you?
Are you the “cool kid” of the neighborhood? or your neighbors don’t even know who  you are?
If you like where you are, you feel loved, appreciated and acknowledged (by the people whose opinion counts), than your fame section is supposedly totally fine.
In case you are the grey mouse, you get constantly ignored, your work is not appreciated, you should review this area of your home, and get the energies moving.
The more energy you  have in this section, the more powerful your appearance is, you  will have the power, and the will, to do things your way, and to increase your popularity. Every person is honorable, everyone has creativity and values. These features  just need to be  called to surface, even the smallest acknowledgment is adding to your popularity, and fame.  Don’t think big, think many small successes, they will lead you, to attain full growth. Just as fire spreads,  your popularity  becomes unstoppable.
Remember, if you’re successful, stand-offishness and pride, even if you achieved something huge, it’s not ok. Being humble, and kind makes people to appreciate you and all you do.
Think of activating this section of your house,  if  you want to become more independent, and want to strengthen your self esteem.
If you want to break out, and stop being a grey mouse in a trap.
If you want to get socially connected.
If you’re an artist and need to be known for your art. Paintings, writing, music whatever...
If you’re owner of a business, you can call more attention to your business by activating this area.
And in general, if you want to be known, than activating this area can help you.
BUT!  Don’t try to overdo yourself! To much fame is a bad thing, it’s followed by haters,  bullies, cyber bullying, (paparazzi if you went all the way to the Hollywood glamour kind of fame ) Remember, always to be humble and kind!

Let me tell you something ! For all those who are still septic, and don’t believe in the power of the universal energy.

My husband learned to play guitar, back in Hungary, about 15 or maybe even more years ago. Back than, I was just starting to learn about Feng Shui, and like I mentioned in a previous post, Feng Shui opened us the door to Germany, where we are currently living. Soon, we  bought our house, and obviously, I designed everything following the Feng Shui aspects. It took me some time, I’m still not finished, I guess I’ll never be.
Anyways, right around the time, I was working on the Fame section, a customer from our shop asked my husband to join him to a local metal-band. My  hubby was, and still is, a fan of the genre, so he went to check them out.
Soon after, he befriended few of the members, and one thing led to another.... he became a guitarist in a band....
As for nowadays, I stoped counting how many bands he’s in, or how many guitars and Amps he owns, (there are a few). Not only he is able to do, what he desired for a long time, but he also made friends, ones, that  changed he’s life forever.
This is just an example, for you to see, how Feng Shui can impact one’s life. He became the opportunity as I activated the fame section, becoming a band member is all he’s hard work, and effort.
Get to work, and soon you’ll find your opportunity too.
Here’s a link to their latest song, in case you got interested.

As usual, I will give you a few tips, on how to activate the energy in this section of your house.
The main rules are the same, as in the previous bagua corners.
-Secondary clean! You can use incense sticks and essential oils, to do an energetic cleanse of your home, or area before you activate an energy.  Learn  how  by clicking the link below.
https://modernlifefs.blogspot.com/2019/09/incense-sticks.html
 - Use the energy of the element which represents the given section, in this 🔥

  • Fire represents this Feng Shui Bagua corner,  and by clicking the link, you’ll be guided to this elements description https://modernlifefs.blogspot.com/2019/12/five-elements-fire.html
  • You’ll find the fame section in the south corner of your house.
  • It is represented by the summer, and the mountains 🏔, specially the peaks.
  • Activities like cooking, or sunbathing charge your personal fire energy
  • This element, is like its screaming, look at me! Full of active energy! Anything symbolizing  movement, represents this Bagua corner; like dancing, running, mountain climbing....
  • Use popping colors,  vivid red purple or orange, but also shades of pink. Try to limit the usage of these colors to accessories. Having the living room painted red, will generate aggression instead of fame!
  • The typical fire colors are: red, orange, purple and pink

  • Wood feeds fire, so you can use decorations and colors,  that represent this element as well. https://modernlifefs.blogspot.com/2020/01/five-elements-wood.html
  • Use the wood element to feed the fire constantly, without it, it will fade.
  • Green and turquoise accessories will provide for a constantly burning fire.
  • Use as much candles as you like, (red, purple, orange, green in this area, but please,  never leave them unattended! You don’t want to be in the news for burning down your house!
  • Feathers, and leathers; as animals belong to the fire element, you can use these materials to symbolize the fire! If you’re hunting,  your prizes  can be put on these walls, but, me personally, will never agree having the skull of a killed animal on my wall. However, it’s your call!

  • You can display pictures or paintings of animals.
  • Art is a great way to decorate your home, for this area chose something fire related  like-
                            flames, fire, volcanoes 🌋
                            Sun ☀️ , sunflowers 🌻,
                            The Phoenix
                            Fireflies, firefighters, fireplace, campfire...
You can choose  to use paintings, pictures, statues, carved wood, statues, anything you like.
  • As plastic items also represent the fire element, and such a trend is to diy furniture and decorations, you can use your creativity and crafting skills to make something for this area of your home. Ex. You can make a bed for your dog or cat, using old tires.  Here’s a link for the project https://www.google.de/amp/s/decortips.com/homes/how-to-make-a-pet-bed-out-of-an-old-tire/amp/  Or you can just paint empty plastic bottles, cut them to desired shape and use them as vases, pencils holders, or as storage for your crafts
  • Hang pictures of famous people, or  with the Golden Gate Bridge, The Red Square in Moscow,  Red telephone booths, or London’s famous red Bus, a red barn....or anything typically red or famous.

  • Animal patterns are also a way to incorporate more fire energy, use them as pillows on the couch or bed, wallpaper, bedsheets... use your imagination.
  • Loud and intense music  also activates the fire energy
  • Objects in shape of triangles or pyramids can be used in this area, I have pyramid shaped candles, you can choose whatever you prefer. ( ⭐️  belong in here)
  • Hang all your trophies, licenses, college certificates
  • As for symbolism you can use the
Bee- as it is the symbol for the sun, and our most precious living being.
Lion- is the king of the animal kingdom
Red rooster- spreads the news,
Red candles- stand for propaganda, and publicity
Bell- advancement
Phoenix- makes our visualization, and our dreams come true
Horses -endurance to achieve our goals
If you’d like to read more about Feng Shui Symbolism I have a post dedicated to them, and there you can also find a few tips, on how to activate the energy https://modernlifefs.blogspot.com/2020/06/how-to-activate-energy-short-post.html

In every post I’ve made lately, I included personal information about our house. I will continue with this trend, to show you, how good Feng Shui can look.
The fame section of our house is part of our living room, ( our living room ain’t big, but it fits 3 areas) as you know, the other part of it is our Children area, and section where our couch is, is the Love area.
Our baby  has overtaken our lives, and that can be mostly seen on the layout of our living room, which became over time a play room for our toddler. The fact that a child is playing in this area, provides a great amount of energy, so the energy is being fueled at all times. I put the play kitchen in here, as cooking represents the fire element; and I keep the arts supplies on top of it. The only place I can live out my creativity in activating the Fame section, are the walls of the living room.
As you can imagine, are covered with pictures and wall decorations all around the music theme.

We are still looking for a carpet to fit, and a nice coffee table, but we are busy with way more important things then that, and we don’t feel like we need more publicity, at this time. We both work hard, to achieve our goals, and when we feel ready, I’ll definitely will add a few light sources, and some shelves to add more power to the fire.
Maybe, by that time, a playroom for our child will be ready, and we can have our living room back to ourselves.

Upstairs is a different situation. A situation, no Feng Shui master wants to face, but since we all need the presence of a bathroom, we need to deal with it.

The master bathroom is also divided into two Feng Shui areas, Money and Fame!
Even it’s not ideal, and it’s hard to deal with, I managed to design a good looking bathroom, one we won’t get sick off, anytime we enter. I would never recommend a bathroom to have a color that represents an element or a Feng Shui section. It’s just not real. I didn’t want a red bathroom, or a green one...I wanted something classy, elegant, and timeless. It’s not a good idea to go ahead and decorate the bathroom as a Christmas tree, so we take baby steps in such situations and aim for simple things.

The fame section is the sink, and  cabinets area. I just leave my favorite perfume on the sink, which happens to be red, use red towels, and a couple of red candles.  Small wood element decoration on top of the cabinets bled in, and feed the fire energy properly. One  other thing I do, is to keep it organized, and clean all the time. By having less ‘stuff’ allows you to keep it clean with no extra effort. I’m a mom of a toddler, and believe me, I don’t spend my spare time cleaning the house. I clean as I go, I implement cleaning tasks into my everyday routine, and manage to have a relative clean house.

When your wings get tired of flying, and you begin to fall, remember, you’ve got wheels, and you can roll on! 🕉
